The Fiscal Court met with all members and the County Judge present. The Court did approve the state of Kentucky’s guidelines for allowing atv/utv’s on roadways. The vehicle being used must pass an inspection at the Wayne County Sheriff’s office, it must be licensed, and operated by a licensed operator. Any violations would count the same as any traffic violation you would incur in a motor vehicle.
The Court gave the judge approval to seek cost estimates in moving the recycling bins, as the county is spending around $1,500 per month just to clean up the junk that has been improperly dumped in the bins.
