She is survived by: her daughter, Brenda Kempton (Eddie); two grandchildren, Matthew Kempton (Erica) and Kassy Kempton (Anthony); and four great grandkids, Jeremiah and Kyleigh Kempton, Zoe Blevins, and Aubrey Morrow; siblings, Joe (Karen) Crabtree, Virginia (Kay) Blevins, Rita (Gerald) Brown, and Steve Crabtree: and her many friends and family.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
