Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones reports the arrest of a Somerset man after a complaint was made that he had produced computer-generated images of minor victims performing sex acts.
Detective Jay Picard of the Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigation Division charged Dylan J. Bill, 19, of Somerset, shortly after 1:00 am on August 18. Bill was charged with fourteen counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Minor (Under 18). Bill was also in possession of child sexual abuse material.
Bill was arrested without incident at the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and lodged at the Pulaski County Detention Center where he remains held on a $10,000 bond.
Det. Picard, who was assisted by Detective Trent Massey in the investigation, is continuing to follow up on leads in the case. Det. Picard was also assisted by Deputy Noah Dishman.
