) – A man has been arrested after a reported hit and run led to a police chase.
Kentucky State Police say they received a report that a truck hit a car and then took off Monday night in the Dorton community.
Troopers say after searching they found the truck driving on Innovation Way, but when they tried to make a traffic stop, the driver took off again.
Troopers say they then chased the vehicle until eventually one of the front tires blew out on the truck.
The driver, Timothy Bolden, was removed from the truck after it caught fire.
Bolden is charged with fleeing from police and driving under the influence, among others.
