Jury Trial results in Not Guilty Verdict

A three-day jury trial with Judge Sara Beth Gregory presiding recently resulted in a verdict of not guilty in the case of the commonwealth vs Timothy Brown. Brown was acquitted on all counts that included Rape 1^st degree and assault 2^nd degree. His bond was exonerated and he was released.
