Circuit Judge Sara Beth Gregory recently handed down some judgements. In the case of the commonwealth vs Paige Nelson, guilty pleas were entered on charges of Fleeing or Evading Police, Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking offenses. The court ordered Nelson serve a concurrent sentence totaling 5 years.
In the case against William Hogan, he entered pleas of guilty to charges of Promoting contraband, and persistent felony offender. He was sentenced to 15 years to serve, probated for five years, or until completion of drug court whichever is longer.
Travis Keith entered pleas of guilty to charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana. He was given a concurrent sentence totaling 20 years, probated for five years, supervised by probation and parole.
