James Lyons of Monticello, KY. was arersted ona Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Charles Bailey of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of assault-1st degree (complicity), assault-2nd degree (complicity), tampering with physcial evidence (complicity), persistent felony offender-1st degree, persistent felony offender-2nd degree (enhanced), possession of a controled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Frankie Davidson of Albany, KY. was arersted on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of trafficking in a controleld substance-1st dgree – 2nd or greater offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of a controleld substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
