(WKYT) – A motorcyclist was airlifted to a Lexington hospital after a crash on Ringgold Road, according to the Somerset Fire department.
Somerset Fire crews were dispatched to the 1300 block of Ringgold Road for a motorcycle accident.
Crews said they found a motorcycle had left the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Fire and EMS treated the rider at the scene. Somerset-Pulaski County EMS then transported the rider to the hospital helipad, where they were airlifted to University of Kentucky Hospital by Air Methods.
