Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Derek J. Coffey of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for theft of another without consent, failure to have a license in possession and a traffic violation.
Douglas A. Daniels of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Coffey and Daniels were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
