2:42 a.m. – Assist WCSO at WCDC conducting Intoxilyzer test on male arrested for DUI.
7:03 a.m. – Officer out on South Main Street check male individual. Checked okay.
7:04 a.m. – Business security checks, extra patrol overnight: B & A Liquidation, Smith Chiropractic and Seventh Day Adventist Church. All secure, no issues discovered.
2:48 p.m. – Request for assistance on West Columbia Avenue. Electric wheelchair stopped working. MPD & WCEMS transported male to residence on Conn Street.
3:22 p.m. – Alarm activated at First Christian Church. Everything okay, birthday party happening.
6:16 p.m. – Request to speak with officer at Murphy’s USA regarding lost wallet.
7:16 p.m. – Report of male with active warrants at residence on South Main Street. Male left prior to officer’s arrival.
8:21 p.m. – Request for extra patrol at Ridgewood Trailer Court.
11:33 p.m. – One-vehicle, non-injury wreck on North Main Street at intersection with Homestead Heights. Arrest made for DUI.

4:02 a.m. – Traffic stop on KY 90 East.
8:59 a.m. – Request for officer on Elm Street. Caller reports trespassing, people with knives being aggressive. Arrest made. Caller charged with Public Intoxication, Falsely Reporting an Incident to Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct.
11:05 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint on Ford Focus, red in color, coming into town from KY 167, then onto Albertson Street. Vehicle located few minutes later but driver not present.
12:20 p.m. – Request for officer at the Wash House in Tradeway Center. Caller reports female in front of business screaming and hollering. Female left premises.
12:42 p.m. – Request for officer on Elm Street for out-of-control juvenile. Advice given to parents including process to notify juvenile court officials.
1:14 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint on older model, four door car, maroon in color, operated by elderly male, observed traveling northbound in southbound lanes of Main Street in area of Long John Silvers. Attempted to locate, negative contact.
3:06 p.m. – Request to meet with officer at MPD regarding assault that occurred in Walmart parking lot. Caller reports female was struck in the face by male. Information obtained from female. Assistance offered in obtaining criminal complaint and EPO. EMS responded to check female who denied further medical treatment or transport.
4:08 p.m. – Request to speak with officer regarding incident earlier this afternoon at Walmart.
5:05 p.m. – Foot patrol Walmart.
8:12 p.m. – Request for officer at WCHER. Female came to emergency room reporting she had been assaulted by husband.
8:43 p.m. – Extra patrol request for Butler Street.
9:31 p.m. – Report of vehicle going behind former school building on South Main Street with a loud noise (glass break or gunshot) happening moments later. Vehicle last seen crossing roadway, traveling toward other school campuses. Attempts to locate unsuccessful.
9:38 p.m. – Traffic stop on West Columbia Avenue.
9:49 p.m. – Traffic stop in Cumberland Crossing shopping center.
11:07 p.m. – Alarm activated at Dollar General Store at North Main Street/Damron Drive. Building and premises checked okay.
11:34 p.m. – Traffic stop on KY 90 East.
