(WKYT) – The arraignment date has been scheduled for a man indicted in relation with a deadly Herrington Lake boat crash.
Cody Casey was indicted on 19 counts, including manslaughter, in connection with a boat crash on Herrington Lake that left one person dead and others injured.
In addition to manslaughter, Casey is also charged with first-degree assault, third-degree fleeing or evading, 11 counts of wanton endangerment and other charges.

His arraignment date for the criminal case is set for Sept. 2 at 1 p.m.
