David Rhodes of Monticello, KY. was arrested for disorderly conduct-2nd degree, and public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Rhodes was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for an Arraignment on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license, and traffic violations.
