Somerset Police have arrested 47-year-old William A. Roberts of Nancy, Kentucky, on multiple felony counts. Roberts faces charges of first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree sodomy, incest, and second-degree rape involving no force. Following his arrest in Pulaski County, he is currently being held at the Adair County Regional Jail.
