Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Robert Lowe Jr. of Monticello, KY. was arrested for public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
Jon C. Ahline of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for theft by failure to make required disposition of property ($1,000.00 but less than $10,000.00), and theft by unlawful taking or disposition-firearm.
Starr Godsey of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Lowe was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Ahline and Godsey were released from custody after posting a Bond.
