The Wayne County EMS report for May was approved last week by the Fiscal Court.
The report showed 333 runs for the month, 233 were in the city and 100 were in the county. There was a total of 249 emergency calls, the majority being fall with injuries.
Billing for May total $257,439.21. EMS Director Bubby Corder reported they are still awaiting information on a grant totaling $94,183; he also reported that at this time all ambulances are operational.
