Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
William F. Norris of Eubank, KY. was arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for assault-4th degree (domestic violence). Norris was also served with a Pulaski County Family Court Protective Order Summons at the time of his arrest.
Jessica Spradlin of Stearns, KY. was arrested on a McCreary County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
Norris and Spradlin were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
