Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Dennis Fitzpatrick of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cody Daley of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Fitzpatrick and Daley were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
