36-year-old, Christopher Eric Guinn appeared in court Monday he is charged with attempted murder and other offenses in connection with an armed robbery early Sunday morning at Murphy’s USA.
Guinn entered a plea of not guilty and was appointed a public defender with probable cause being established to send the case over to the WC Grand Jury. Bond was set at $1 Million Cash only.
