Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Jason Piercy of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 3 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct-2nd degree and criminal trespassing-1st degree.
Piercy remained lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served the following.
Aixa Hernandez of Monticello, KY. was served with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for unlawful transaction with a minor-3rd degree.
Skilar Radcliff of Monticello, KY. was served with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for truancy-student (18 but not yet 21 years of age).
Haden Bertram of Monticello, KY. was served with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for truancy-student (18 but not 21 years of age).
Hernandez, Radcliff and Bertram were given Court dates to appear.
