Judgement handed down in Circuit Court

James Gurley has pleaded guilty in Wayne Circuit Court to multiple charges, including two counts of third‑degree burglary, theft over a thousand dollars, criminal mischief, possession of burglar’s tools, and being a persistent felony offender. Judge Sara Beth Gregory sentenced Gurley to seven years in prison, running concurrently with his Pulaski County sentence.
