The Monticello City Council held a brief session Monday night. They approved Mayor, Kenny Catron’s appointment of Tim Pyles to the Code Enforcement Board and Knox Bertram to the Monticello – Wayne County Telecommunications Board.
The first reading of a business license ordinance was heard which if approved would be the first update to fees since 1992.
