Daniel Rood of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for menacing, terroristic threatening-3rd degree, 2 counts of assault-3rd degree (on Police or Probation Officer), public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol), resisting arrest, disorderly conduct-2nd degree, assault-2nd degree-domestic violence and assault-4th degree.
Rood was released from custody after a continued $100,00.00 Wayne County District Court Property Bond.
