Eric Rhule of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court.
Haley M. Sharpe of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 5 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for Pre-Trial Conferences and failure to appear for a Motion to Revoke Probation on the underlying charges of 2 counts of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol), 3 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified), disorderly conduct-1st degree, disorderly conduct-2nd degree, indecent exposure-1st degree, criminal trespassing-3rd degree, resisting arrest, burglary-2nd degree and 2 counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Shane Flynn of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Child Support Hearing.
Elmer Whitt of Louisville, KY. was arrested on a Perry County District Court Warrant of Arrest on the underlying charge of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
