Jacob Morgan of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
James D. Lyons of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
