Patrick J. Rowe of Columbia, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of theft by deception-including cold checks.
Jessica Daniels of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of no operator’s license and 2 counts of failure to produce an insurance card.
Shelley K. Lair was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charge of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
