Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Timothy L. Brown of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Bond Violation on the underlying charges of assault-2nd degree, rape-1st degree and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Sarah Lynch of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
David L. Gregory of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine).
Megan P. Tapley of Strunk, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of wanton endangerment and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
Brown, Lynch, and Tapley were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Gregory was released from custody after posting a Bond.
