Josie Kaye Foster, newborn infant daughter of Jonthan Foster and Virginia Conner, was born into eternal life on Sunday, October 25, 2026.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters of Callie and Lillie Conner; her maternal grandparents, Timothy W. Massengale and the late Anna Mae Massengale, and her paternal grandparents, Michael and Kara Foster and Amy and Chris Isner.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 31, 2026, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Clinton County.
