(WKYT) – A Kentucky man is behind bars after an investigation by the Kentucky State Police revealed a large number of marijuana plants at his residence.
Scotty Deel, 51, of Bowling Green, was arrested Wednesday after a search of his Warren County home yielded 106 marijuana plants, drug paraphernalia, a digital scale and guns.

Deel was arrested in Barren County, where police found methamphetamine and a handgun on him.
He faces one count of cultivating marijuana, one count of drug paraphernalia possession, one count of firearm possession and trafficking in a controlled substance.
Deel was lodged at the Warren County Regional Jail but has since been released on bond. He was arraigned today.
