Firefighters responded to a structure fire on Highway 2393 just before midnight Saturday morning. Units stayed on the scene for over 4 hours battling the structure. Firefighters from Susie Volunteer Fire Department assisted the Monticello Fire Department with this fire. Also a big thanks to Wayne County Sheriff Deputy Casey Lang for his assistance at the scene.
