Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Scotty J. Jennings of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Criminal Complaint Warrant of Arrest for unlawful imprisonment-1st degree, and assault-4th degree (dating violence). Jennings was also arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of non-payment of fines.
Jennings was released from custody after posting a Bond.
