(WKYT) – The arraignment date for the state charges for Brailen Weaver, the man accused of killing two in a Berea bank shooting, has been delayed.

The arraignment date is now set for Oct. 8 at 9 a.m. in Madison County.
The order for the delay was filed Aug. 11.
