Sheriff’s Office Reports Three Arrest Over the Weekend

Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.

 

James K. King of Monticello, KY. was arrested for indecent exposure-2nd degree, public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and disorderly conduct-2nd degree. King was also arrested on 6 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for Contempt of Court for defendant left rehab on an agreed order on the underlying charges of 6 counts of Contempt of Court, 4 counts of failure to appear, 2 counts of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol), alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct-2nd degree, criminal trespassing-2nd degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Randall H. Hall II of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine) and persistent felony offender-1st degree.

 

Randall G. Hicks of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Kentucky Parole Board Parole Violation Warrant of Arrest for absconding parole supervision and failure to complete treatment for substance abuse. Hicks was also arrested on a Clinton County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay fines on the underlying charges of leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid, operating on a suspended operator’s license, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

 

King, Hall and Hicks were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
