(WKYT) – Bluegrass Kitchen will be closing their salad bar for at least a few days.
The restaurant said in a Facebook post that they will not have the salad bar open out of an abundance of caution.
They added that despite washing and sanitizing, its not worth the possibility of making someone sick.
Currently, the reopening will be taken day by day. The restaurant says they’d like to have it back open by the weekend or before.
Bluegrass Kitchen says they are triple washing lettuces for sandwiches and burgers, but anyone being cautious can request that it is left off their order.
