Why Are They Necessary?
To safely work on energized equipment To replace or repair damaged equipment To upgrade and strengthen the electric system To help prevent larger, unplanned outages in the futureWhenever possible, we provide advance notice so members have time to prepare. Sometimes, however, unexpected equipment issues require repairs with very little notice. When that happens, we’ll always do our best to notify affected members as quickly as possible.
We place automated phone calls to members affected by planned outages. If you’ve experienced a planned outage but didn’t receive a call, please contact our office to make sure your contact information is up to date.
