Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Bryan R. Hutton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to comply, prior Surety went off Bond on the underlying charge of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine).
Hutton was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
