(WKYT) – Nick Houck, the brother of Crystal Rogers’ convicted killer Brooks Houck, is expected in court Thursday morning.
Houck was arrested earlier this month on a perjury charge.
Kentucky State Police said he made false statements during the time between July 2015 and August 2023.
Rogers disappeared shortly before that timeline.
KSP has not said if the perjury charge is connected to Rogers’ murder
