Arraignment held for mother, son facing charges in cold case murder, pleas entered

 (WKYT) – The arraignment was held Thursday morning for a mother and son facing charges in relation to a decades-old murder case.

Both Barbara and Anthony Manning entered not guilty pleas during the hearing. The defense asked for a bond hearing for both, which could possibly be scheduled later today.

Status hearings for the mother and son are scheduled September 3 at 9 a.m. Their trial date begins March 29, 2027.
