Recent Arrests by the Monticello Police Department

June 1, 2026 – Kimberly Wesley was arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting) and was served with a Pulaski County warrant for Failure to Appear by Officer Thomas.

June 1, 2026 – Marvin Burnette was arrested and charged with Obstructing a Highway, Giving an Officer False Identifying Information, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction/Interference with an Officer by Officer Thomas. Officer Thompson and Wayne County Deputy Smedley assisted on scene.

June 2, 2026 – Leslie Huff was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree by Officer Thomas and assisted on scene by Major Smith.

June 3, 2026 – Randall Hall was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended Operator’s License (1st Offense) by Officer Guffey.

June 3, 2026 – Summer Miles was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication (Excluding Alcohol) by Officer Bertram. Wayne County Deputy Spencer and Wayne County Deputy Cash assisted on scene.

June 4, 2026 – Earnesto Bello was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid Driver’s License by Officer Guffey.
