The accident happened on an off-ramp on the eastbound lane of the Cumberland Parkway near the 2400 block of North Highway 27.
Investigators determined that the tractor-trailer left the road, rolled, and lost its cargo.

The driver was checked out and refused treatment before being transported by Somerset-Pulaski EMS.
The tractor-trailer also leaked fuel onto the road. It and the cargo were eventually cleaned up.
The Somerset Fire Department, C2G Environmental, Candid’s Towing, the Somerset Police Department, the Kentucky State Police and the Kentucky Department of Highways all responded to the scene.
