Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Maxwell Rush of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of assault-2nd degree (domestic violence), assault-3rd degree (Department of Social Worker-diversion), strangulation-1st degree, strangulation-2nd degree (domestic violence relationship-diversion).
Maxwell was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
