(WKYT) – A man has been arrested in connection with a sex abuse investigation in Fleming County.
The Kentucky State Police received a report on April 6 that Joseph McClure, 39, of Flemingsburg may be involvement into the ongoing investigation of James Barnes Sr.

McClure spoke with police and after a lengthy interview was placed under arrest.
He is charged with one count of 1st degree rape, one court of 3rd degree sodomy, one count of 3rd degree terroristic threatening and one court on incest.
McClure is currently being held at the Mason County Detention Center on a $250,000 cash bond.
His case was sent to the grand jury on April 16.
