Sheriff Bobby Jones reports a Pulaski County man is in custody following an arrest on Sunday.
On Sunday night, Deputy Grant Bryant observed Dillan Shadoan, age 26, of Somerset in a local store. Shadoan had an active Pulaski District Court warrant for Trafficking in Controlled Substances. Deputy Bryant took Shadoan into custody.
The warrant was the result of an investigation that was began by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division in February 2026. The Narcotics Division developed multiple sources who could purchase illegal narcotics from different individuals in Pulaski County. The Narcotics Division began an operation to purchase over numerous individuals, from February until April, completing the operation.
On February 10, 2026, the Narcotics Division conducted a controlled purchase of less than 2 grams of methamphetamine, from Shadoan, through the assistance of these sources.
In early April, Detective Trent Massey petitioned the court for a warrant of arrest on Shadoan, following the completion of this operation. A review of Shadoan’s criminal history showed he previously had pled guilty to Trafficking in Controlled Substances.
Shadoan was arrested and charged with the following:
• Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree 2nd Offense (Less than 2 grams of methamphetamine)
Shadoan was taken into custody without incident and was transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center.
