The drama students at Monticello Elementary recently delighted family and friends with their production of Peter Pan. Auditions were held in October, and cast members began weekly practices shortly thereafter. Throughout the process, students demonstrated remarkable dedication—memorizing lines, refining their performances, and showing unwavering commitment by consistently attending rehearsals. As the play reminds us, “The moment you doubt whether you can fly, you cease forever to be able to do it,” and we never doubted for a moment that this talented group of students would “fly high” to a truly successful performance.
