Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Jacob Morgan of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Clinton County District Court Warrant of Arrest for Defendant left Rehab on the underlying charge of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
Morgan was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
