MPD RECENT ARRESTS
6/25 – Tammy Lynn Terry, 45, of Flatrock, IN, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Bertram Street after she lost control of the vehicle she was operating which then struck a house. Sgt. Josh Smith charged Terry with No Operators License and Criminal Mischief. She was also served with a Pulaski County warrant for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st Degree (meth).
6/30 – Justin Hicks, 34, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on Cherry Street by Officer Casey Lang. Hicks was served with two warrants for failure to appear/pay fines in Wayne District Court.
7/3 – John Bertram, 37, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Michigan Avenue by Sgt. Josh Smith and Officer Casey Lang for Alcohol Intoxication in Public.
7/4 – Tony Wallace, 22, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. at stop light #1 by Officer Mike Neal and Officer Jason Guffey on multiple charges. Wallace was charged with Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree.
7/4 – Jessie Kirtley, 37, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. in the Walmart parking lot by Officer Mike Neal for Alcohol Intoxication in Public.
7/4 – Nicholas Shakir Green, 21, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. at a residence on Jenkins Street by Sgt. Josh Smith and WCSO Deputy Jerry Meadows for Assault 4th Degree (domestic violence).
All individuals were processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
