Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Justin Collins of Monticello, KY. was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Jeremiah Doss of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court.
Bradford Higgins of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for an Arraignmnet on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to notify address change to the Department of Transportation, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle and traffic violations.
Collins and Doss were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Higgins was released from custody after posting a Bond.
