Michael E. Perdue of Monticello, KY., was arrested on a Clinton County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charges of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and criminal trespassing-3rd degree.
Scotty L. Dobbs of Monticello, KY,. was arrested on a McCreary County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place.
