Local Police report Five Arrests

Monticello Police Chief, Joey Hoover reports the following arrests;
David Gregory, 50, of Monticello, was arrested by Officer Mike Neal on Tuesday (Apr 😎 at 12:41 p.m. at the intersection of Kendrick & Fairview Avenues on a Wayne District Court warrant for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Ricky D. Bates, 44, of Monticello, was arrested by Officer Casey Lang on Saturday (Apr 12) at 8:50 p.m. on Walnut Street. Bates was charged with DUI, Driving DUI Suspended License, Failure To OR Improper Signal, Disregarding a Stop Sign and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Bates was also served with a warrant for failure to appear in McCreary District Court.
Michael Lee Phillips, 55, of Monticello, was arrested by Chief Joey Hoover and Officer Casey Lang on Monday (Apr 14) at 4:59 p.m. on Bertram Street. Phillips was charged with DUI 4th offense, Driving DUI Suspended License 3rd offense, No Registration Plates and No Insurance.
Sarah Miller, 29, of Monticello, was arrested by Officer Casey Lang on Tuesday (Apr 15) on Walmart Plaza Drive. Miller was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking (shoplifting).
Sara Beth Decker, 18, of Monticello, was arrested by Chief Joey Hoover on Wednesday (Apr 16) at 6:51 p.m. at the Wayne County Detention Center. Decker turned herself in and was served with a McCreary District Court warrant for failure to appear on April 10th.
Each individual was processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
