(WKYT) – A Pulaski County man was convicted on four counts of federal wire fraud on Monday after he used an elderly family member’s finances for personal gain.
Forty-two-year-old Samuel Turner of Science Hill accessed his family member’s bank accounts and credit cards. Turner used the accounts and credit cards to purchase guns, concert tickets and items from Amazon.
He also cashed a $35,000 certificate of deposit belonging to the relative.
Turner faces up to 20 years in prison and will be sentenced on Jan. 6, 2027.
