Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Elizabeth F. Miller of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for assault-2nd degree.
Miller was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
